Why I think my kitty isn't eating: Lymphoma

Date when assist feeding began: July 2004
Why I've chosen to Assist Feed: Rumbles has always been very long, tall and lean and has always looked very thin, even at his healthiest. He has had hyperthyroidism for about 2 years now and is taking medication. He has just been diagnosed with GI lymphoma and hasn't been eating well for some time now. The last several months, I have spent my whole life trying to coax him to eat ANYTHING. The vet has kept him going by giving him steroid shots and appetite stimulants which have worked for maybe a week at a time. We have also had to do forced syringe feeding. He is down to only 4.9 lbs. Before we knew he had lymphoma, we were attributing his eating problem to his overabundance of thyroid hormone, even with medication.
Feeding Technique: He had a peg tub inserted about a week ago. He was at a facility to have radioactive iodine treatment for his thyroid which I was hoping would solve the whole eating problem by making him feel better. That was when it was discovered he had lymphoma, so the vet there inserted the peg tube and told me he didn't think he should have the radioactive iodine treatment at this time, but rather deal with the lymphoma with chemo.
Appetite Primer Tricks:

Food liked least:
Special Treats: Baked chicken breast or ANYTHING I can think of.

Medications, Dose/Frequency
Methimazle 10mg a day
He's also having chemo right now
